So what did last year's delegates think?

  • Fantastic range of presenters, lovely to hear different takes on similar issues. I thought the talks from the TLF presenters and Linda were very thought provoking. Overall fantastic!

  • All of the presentations were excellent in their own right. I left the conference feeling very positive and inspired.

  • Good pace, engaging, reinforcing the people message, good clear consistent best practice and behaviours messages throughout and FUN!

  • I have taken so much back to the office particularly around engaging staff.

  • Very motivational

  • It was really useful, all very relevant and applicable and really provoked lots of questions and thoughts around how we can improve customer experience

  • Very useful, interesting and relevant content and fantastic networking opportunity

  • Very relevant and highly useful
